Key Definitions
These Terms govern your use of pramaan.online ("PRAMAAN", "we", "us"), operated by TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74999KA2020PTC135946), registered office Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068. By using PRAMAAN you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Verifier
- The person or entity requesting a verification.
- Data Principal
- The person being verified, using the DPDP 2023 term.
- PRAMAAN Trust Score / verdict
- The green, amber, or red verification result PRAMAAN returns.
- Worker Badge
- A worker portable verification credential, such as W-Basic, W-Pro, or W-Premium.

Acceptable Use And Prohibited Misuse
Use requirements
- You must be 18+ to use PRAMAAN as a verifier.
- Worker self-verification is also 18+.
- You may only run verifications on people who have consented.
- Your use must stay tied to the stated lawful purpose.
Prohibited use
- No harassment or stalking.
- No discrimination or harm toward a Data Principal.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or rate-limit circumvention.
- No attempts to run checks without consent or a lawful verification purpose.
Commercial terms
Pricing And Refunds
Pricing is per the public pricing page at the moment of purchase. Per the published refund policy, if the refund window is missed for an eligible T0 verification, the ₹99 is automatically refunded. The refund policy explains eligibility and exclusions.
Role explanation
Data And DPDP Roles
PRAMAAN is the Data Fiduciary for verifier-provided account data, and a Data Processor for verification data on behalf of the Verifier. Full privacy and rights details are published in the Privacy Notice and Trust Center.
Read before relying
Limitations Of Liability
Verification results are aggregated from partner signals, such as KYC partners, government document integration, court records, and related sources where applicable. PRAMAAN's liability is capped at the verification fee paid for that specific verification, subject to mandatory law and any separately executed written contract.
Ownership and licences
Intellectual Property And Report Use
PRAMAAN, the PRAMAAN logo, and all platform content are property of TALPRO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. Trademark application is pending. Verification reports are co-owned: the Verifier receives a perpetual licence to use them for the stated purpose, while the Data Principal retains DSR rights to the underlying data.
Account actions
Termination
PRAMAAN may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. You may terminate any time through DSR erasure. Outstanding paid verifications are honoured to completion.
India jurisdiction
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory arbitration applies for disputes exceeding ₹10,00,000.
